BOSS.Tech has preloaded services on your Company Dashboard, so you can easily access them. Simply tap on a service icon and log into the third-party integration to get started. You can also access our Service Center by tapping on 'Add a Service' within the hamburger menu on your Company Dashboard.
No problem. BOSS.Tech is built to work with different tools, not force you into one. When you add a Service, you’ll see a list of available integrations you can connect. Send us requests to add what you are already using, or BYO via dev.boss.tech.
Anyone with an account on BOSS.Tech can make new integrations or changes to their company's tech stack. With our low code/no code development portal, Services, Integrations, and even the MiniApp can be created or modified. Check out the documentation here.
A miniApp is a customizable framework within the SuperApp of BOSS.Tech. Example: Charter Tech is a transportation miniApp inside the BOSS.Tech platform. It helps companies manage bookings, keep a catalog of operators and vehicles, and track operations in one place. If you want to explore a miniApp for your business, reach out to our team and we’ll walk you through options and setup.
We don't recommend changing your miniApp. Any information or data that you included in your miniApp may not transfer. If this is absolutely necessary, please contact us here before making the change.
Integration OAuth credentials are case sensitive for both username and password. Double check the case and spelling. Still not working? Try a password reset for your integration. BOSS Tech does not control OAuth credentials for third-party integrations.
Yes! Control who gets access to what with customizable user permissions from the People Service. Select an employee and hit the lock icon second from the right.
Try refreshing the connection. If that doesn’t work, check if the integration needs reauthorization. Still stuck? Our support team is on standby.
