Security and Privacy

Yes, BOSS Tech has permission management in a few flavors. Company owners can alter permissions from the People Service inside the company. Anyone who creates an integration in a company can extend permissions to that specific integration. Some features also include privacy permissions to allow them to be viewable, such as information on your BOSS Card for networking, Calendars, and Products for customers.

You choose! You can curate permissions from the People Service tile inside your company.

We are compliant with the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We apply strong, industry-aligned security measures to protect your data at every layer. BOSS.Tech uses end-to-end encryption, TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES-256 at rest, robust access controls like MFA and RBAC, and secure cloud infrastructure with firewall segmentation and isolated resources. We continuously monitor systems for threats, maintain clear deletion and data portability processes, and run regular backup and failover simulations. BOSS.Tech is also progressing toward full AICPA SOC 2 compliance to ensure long-term trust, accountability, and resilience.
