Bulk Messaging is what you use when you want to send one SMS to a group all at once. Think announcements, promos, reminders, or quick updates.
The Messaging Center is where all of your conversations live. It’s your unified inbox for Bulk Messaging threads plus your other messages, like 1:1 texts, emails, tickets, and social messages if you’ve connected them.
So, Bulk Messaging is the sending tool. The Messaging Center is the place you manage, view, and reply to everything.
Can I send emails from BOSS.Tech using my Google account?
Yes! You can draft and send emails through your linked Google account without ever leaving BOSS.Tech. Everything stays connected, just the way you need it.
Can I reply to messages directly from the app?
That’s the beauty of it! Once your platforms are connected, you can view and reply to messages right from BOSS.Tech, no need to jump between tabs or apps.
How do I connect my messaging platforms to BOSS.Tech?
Just log in to each platform through BOSS.Tech using secure OAuth. Once connected, your messages will start flowing into one centralized inbox.
Will I get notified when new messages come in?
